Josh graduated from UCONN majoring in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. While at UCONN he lead training in Human Performance Labs for high protein, low fat, and MASS studies, while also working closely with various Division 1 sports teams assisting in training, nutrition supplement, and programming. Along with his degree and various certifications, Josh has had experience in a gym setting for more than 20 years, excelling him to be one of the top trainers in the Northeast. His programming skills have helped countless clients vastly improve overall physical fitness and create healthy nutritional and lifestyle changes. Josh’s custom programming has helped athletes show vast increases and advancements in performance.

MIKAYLA GAGNON - MANAGER
Bachelors in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing / Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children Training Certificate / CPR and AED Certified
Mikayla is the Manager, Head of Marketing, and Head of Customer Services at JPF. She takes care of all the day-to-day tasks to keep the gym functioning, assists members with workouts and personal trainer placement, and handles all of our marketing and customer relation needs.
PAT PHELAN - CLASS COACH & PERSONAL TRAINER
Pat does a little bit of everything from running classes, personal training, and working as a general staff member. He has won various awards in Powerlifting Competitions and has years of experience in a gym setting. Pat is also very knowledgeable with our Pro Shop products and supplements.
ROB WAGNER - PERSONAL TRAINER
NASM Certified Personal Trainer / NASM Certified Nutrition Coach / CPR, First Aid and AED Certified
Rob is a NASM CPT with over 25 years of Strength Training experience. His other areas of expertise include corrective exercise, cardiorespiratory fitness, core strength, stability, balance, hypertrophy, max strength, and power.
Rob has 20 years of experience working with local youth and highschoolers as a coach and trainer. Most recently he spent the summer training a Division 1 college athlete. He strives working with the adolescent population providing motivation and instilling self confidence through fitness.

MICAELA NOWACKI - CLASS COACH & PERSONAL TRAINER
B.S. in Exercise Science / B.S. in Nutrition Science
Micaela is a graduate student at UConn in the Physical Therapy Doctorate Program. She graduated with honors from UConn with a dual major in Exercise Science and Nutrition Science with a focus on nutrition for exercise and sport.
During her undergrad she was a top athlete on the UConn Women's D1 Rowing Team where she earned several awards including 2018 NSCA All American Athlete, 2019 CRCA Scholar Athlete, and 2018/2019 AAC All Conference First Team.
Micaela also has experience with training youth athletes for rowing and track & field. She is motivated to continue to use her own training experience and knowledge from the classroom to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
JESSIE BODINGTON - PERSONAL TRAINER
Jessie is currently working towards her B.S. in Sports Science with a focus on Strength & Conditioning at the United States Academy of Sports Science. Among numerous state and class powerlifting records, Jessie was an Elite Competitor at the 2020 Arnold Sports Festival. She takes heart writing strength and powerlifting programs for those wanting individually structured workouts. Jessie also has a background in competition prep and nutrition.
When she is not in the gym, Jessie can be found on the football field both playing and coaching. She looks forward to helping those wanting to achieve their strength and conditioning goals.
