UConn Graduate in Strength & Conditioning. Holding his NSCA CSCS, TSAC-F, NASM CES and SFN, Pratt is the lead program developer and Strength & Conditioning coordinator at Just Performance Fitness. With 17 years of experience training diverse clientele ranging from General Fitness and Athletics to Pre & Post Rehabilitation, his training style is geared towards increasing physical performance and longevity while decreasing one’s susceptibility to injury. Along with training and program design, Pratt has developed and instructed the Personal Trainer Certificate course at our local community college, was invited to speak at the State Level NSCA Conference, and has been published for Tactical Training in the National TSAC Journal. His approach has always been helping clients and fellow trainers understand the mechanisms and the “why” behind training and nutrition, teaching them that becoming complacent can limit further success. Pratt’s knowledge and successful training style has helped him become a top trusted Trainer among many medical professions in CT.

MIKAYLA GAGNON - MANAGER

Bachelors in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing / Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children Training Certificate

 

Mikayla is the Manager, Head of Marketing, and Head of Customer Service at JPF. She takes care of all the day-to-day tasks to keep the gym functioning, assists members with workouts and personal trainer placement, and handles all of our marketing and customer relation needs.

Rob is a NASM CPT with over 25 years of Strength Training experience. His other areas of expertise include corrective exercise, cardiorespiratory fitness, core strength, stability, balance, hypertrophy, max strength, and power.

Rob has 20 years of experience working with local youth and highschoolers as a coach and trainer. Most recently he spent the summer training a Division 1 college athlete. He strives working with the adolescent population providing motivation and instilling self confidence through fitness.

Danielle specializes in helping others break free from the fad diet culture by incorporating positive lifestyle changes through consistency, education and inspiration.

Danielle has 7 years of experience in the fitness industry working as a CrossFit Coach, Personal Trainer, and Strength & Conditioning Class Coach. She values strength training, corrective movement, cardiovascular health, hypertrophy, and balance & stability.
